Features are simply elements of your product that serve a function.
For example, in Notion, ātablesā, ātimelinesā, āgalleriesā are all (very useful) features. The same will be true for your product.
Typically, the feature selection process begins with ideation. For entrepreneurial business builders like yourself, feature ideas tend to be a-plenty:
āOooh! What if I added a community element to the product? š”ā
āWhat if I ran Q&As to answer common questions from the book? š¤ā
āWhat if the eBook had a list of Top Resources that linked directly from the document? š®ā
āWhat if I included templates within the template to help users get started š¤Æ?ā
These are all the Feature ideas, and they shouldnāt be lost to the ether. Instead, add them to the table of Features, then after prioritizing them with the appropriate tag, you can make your final selections.
Once a feature reaches that status, simply select āActiveā.
