How To Bulk Edit Rows In Notion Databases

  1. Navigate to the table view of a database you want to edit
  2. Hover over the left-most side of the row, next to an item's name
  3. Select the checkbox for items you want to edit
  4. Select the properties you'd like to edit and the value for each property from the mini pop-up menu
  5. That's it!

To start bulk editing in Notion, you'll need to navigate to a table view of the database you want to edit.

Step 2: Hover Over the Left-most Side of the Row

Next, hover over the left-most side of the row, next to the item's name. A checkbox will appear.

Step 3: Select the Checkbox for Items You Want to Edit

Click the checkbox for the items you want to edit. You can select one item or multiple items at once.

Step 4: Select the Properties You'd Like to Edit

Once you've selected the items you want to edit, click on the properties you'd like to change. A mini pop-up menu will appear at the top of the database view, allowing you to select the value for each property you want to change.

Step 5: That's it!

And that's it! Once you've selected the values you'd like to update, Notion will apply the changes to all of the selected items. It's a quick and easy way to keep your databases organized and up-to-date.
