If you're a fan of Notion, you'll be happy to know that they recently announced a new feature: the ability to bulk edit rows in databases! This feature has been highly requested by Notion users, and it's finally here.
With the ability to bulk edit, you can make changes to multiple rows in a database all at once. And in this tutorial, we'll take you step by step through the process of bulk editing rows in Notion databases.
To start bulk editing in Notion, you'll need to navigate to a table view of the database you want to edit.
Next, hover over the left-most side of the row, next to the item's name. A checkbox will appear.
Click the checkbox for the items you want to edit. You can select one item or multiple items at once.
Once you've selected the items you want to edit, click on the properties you'd like to change. A mini pop-up menu will appear at the top of the database view, allowing you to select the value for each property you want to change.
And that's it! Once you've selected the values you'd like to update, Notion will apply the changes to all of the selected items. It's a quick and easy way to keep your databases organized and up-to-date.
